PRODUCTS HMBPLAST

The products offered by HADES MASTERBATCH are HMBPLAST© of PVC. They are intended to cover the technical needs of colour in industries of PVC either plasticized or rigid.

HMBPLAST© masterbatches are presented in:

- Standard granule with a size of 2.5 ± 0.5 mm.

- Micro granule with a size of 1.5 ± 0.5 mm in size GP.

Hades Masterbatch has developed a range of mono-pigment masterbatches dispersed to companies that are producing PVC foils. For those companies interested in working with pigment powder, we offer powder pigments for the imitation of any desired hue by the customer, both in mono-pigment and blends of different pigments. In other words, we offer customized solutions (Tailor Made). 

We also have a range of colours HMBPLAST© standard for PVC cables in compliance with RoHS regulations, RAL COLOURS to apply the 1% and 2%.

We take care of the technical specifications, such as light fastness, food contact, restrictions pigment, masterbatches without heavy metals and comply with the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances).

Some of the applications of our masterbatches are for companies involved in the cable industry, profiles, pipes, injection, films, calendering, siding, irrigation hoses and corners of furniture among others.

In Hades Masterbatch we want to go further and, therefore, apart from manufacturing and distributing PVC we also do it for engineering plastics such as ABS, PLA, TP, TPE, TPV, PE and SBS among others.
